I am male Chinese postdoc in UCSD(and my wife will come next January) and looking for a Chinese roommate to share with a 2bd/2ba apartment in Ja Jolla Del Sol(UCSD faculty/staff housing). The traffic nearby is convenient with walking distance to Bus 30, 201, 202 and UCSD shuttle. The rent rate is $1614/2 +plus utilities/2. You have your own bathroom but no furniture in the bedroom. The deposit will be $400.
Preference:
Chinese male or couple graduate student/postdoc with steady income. No smoking. No pet. Be clean, not noisy and easy to get along.
Long-term lease. 1 year.
