We are two quite and clean Chinese girls and we want to rent our living room in a 2b/2b apartment in La Jolla Del Sol (8150 Regents Rd, San Diego, 92122). It is available from now on.
The bus stop (201, 202) and UCSD Arriba shuttle stop are only within 2 min walk. It is very close to Vons (3 min walk) and Doyle Park (just across the road). It is also very close to UTC and La Jolla Village square. So it is perfect for UCSD students/Visiting Scholars.
The amenities in the apartment include a gym, pools, Spa, and 2 free tennis courts. And you will have your own parking place if you have a driving license.
The apartment is furnished with full size washer and dryer. You will enjoy the wide space in the clean kitchen and dining room. We have dishwasher, stove and digital oven, and a fridge in the kitchen. We also have a microwave oven and an electric kettle to share with you freely. There is a window in the kitchen.
You will own the living room and share a bath room with a girl. In the living room there is an electric heater for you in case it gets cold.
The rent is $350 and 1/3 utility each month (aprox. $30). Water is included in the rent; utility fee includes electricity and internet fee. One month’s deposit is needed.
