temporary rent $450 for everything

    I am alone living in a 1b/1b apartment in UTC area,walking distance to UCSD shuttle/bus stop(201/202/101/41/30),UTC mall and Von's, Ralphs's supermarkets.
    now, I want to sublease my living room for temporary, time is negotiable (from now to end of next Feb).the living room is furnitured with single bed, computer desk,chairs...
    rent is $450 per month (including water, electricity,internet).
    male prefer.
