I'm looking for a male roommate or couple to occupy the Living Room at the La Regencia Apartment from December. The apartment is a dual master with 2 bathrooms. I'm a Chinese postdoc, male, clean and easy going. The total rent is $1535/month and we will split utilities.
The apartment (La Regencia) is very close to UCSD shuttle/MTS bus stop (it takes about 1-2minutes to walk there). Washer/Dryer in the unit. It has every amenities that any other apartment or condo has. Vons, and UTC mall is right next to this apartment.
