A room in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment unit will be available starting July 1 2011. Near to 201/202 Shuttle Bus routes to UCSD as well as grocery stores e.g. Vons, Trader Joes, Ralphs and Westfield UTC Shopping Mall. First-timers to UCSD, please do not worry as I will help show you around.
My current male housemate who was an undergrad at UCSD will be moving out by 30 June 2011. At the moment, we are paying 1400 USD in total per month for the rental (700 USD per person). As for utilities, it adds up to 50 USD per person per month, hence a total of 750 USD per month per person for Rental + Utilities. The current lease ends on 30 June 2011 when he moves out and I am interested to continue staying at the same place. The price for the new lease is not 100% set yet but will probably increase by around 10 USD from what I heard at the leasing office.
More about me: 28 year old male, Malaysian Chinese, speaks fluent Chinese, English, Malay and some Japanese. Moved to San Diego to work at UCSD before Christmas 2010. Am a quiet but friendly, kind and responsible guy who spends his time during weekends working out and swimming at Golds Gym.
