I have a guest room in a single family house available from now. The move in time is flexible. The house is located in Carmel Valley, very close to both I-5 and 56, and is within walking distance to the grocery stores/drug stores like Vons, Ralphs, Rite Aid, Jimbo's and etc. The room is furnished, and has a private bathroom. Washer and dryer are included in the house. The rent is $680 per month, and the utilities is $70 including electricity, water, wastes and wireless. Deposit is $350. The renter has the option to eat with us at some costs, depending on how many meals per day. My mom makes very delicious Chinese food.
