I have a room available in 2b1b apartment from August. The apartment is at third floor in La Jolla Del Sol (UCSD campus housing, it is gated and safe), very close to a shuttle/bus stop that takes you to UCSD in 5 minutes. The rent is $687 plus half utility and internet (total ~$40 more). Washer and dryer in unit. If you need furniture, the former roommate can sell hers to you with lower charge.
