One bed room with your own bath room is available in UTC area (cross of Governor Dr. and Genesee Ave), full kitchen, parking space, wireless internet, TV, washer and dryer, utilities are included in the rent, $300 deposit, Other tenants are working professional and students, preferably to give a female tenant for UCSD student/postdoctoral or work professional, short and long term rent are both welcome.
