The room itself is fully furnished with a new mattress and bed frame with drawers, desk, closet, heater and more. There is a full kitchen, and the living room is furnished (TV with English and Chinese channels/Couches, Washing Machine/Dryer also on-site).

The location of the apartment is right near Genessee Blvd., Clairemont Mesa Blvd., & the 5|805 | 163 Freeways. Plenty of Chinese restaurants, like Little Sheep (my favorite)!
