-Very large closet,one desk,one table and one mattress are already there
-near UCSD shuttle(both East regents line and Mesa line ) and 201/202(every 15min even in the weekends! and more frequent in the weekday)
-walk 10 mins to UTC shopping mall
-roomates are 2 male ucsd students and 1 male graduated from ucsd this year(he takes up the living room)
-water is included while internet and electricity are not(around $30)
