Hi. I have a large living room for rent near UCSD. I am moving out because of my work. The room is on the bottom floor of a townhouse and the 3 other roommates (girls) either mostly stay in their rooms upstairs or are not home most of the time, so you will have the bottom floor almost all to yourself. Even though it's a living room, it's very quiet and private. There is a tv (which no one watches) right outside. The room itself is large and comes with curtains, so you'll have your privacy. There is a downstairs bathroom (no shower included) that you will also have almost to yourself. There is also an upstairs bathroom shared with two other girls, where there is a shower. The townhouse is in a nice neighborhood and around ten to fifteen minutes walk to the UCSD Regents shuttle or a quick bike ride. Garage and parking space available. Also included are washer, dryer, microwave, etc. There is a pool nearby. The other roommates are all female UCSD students, so girls only please. The roommates are all really nice and cool and prefer someone quiet and neat. Utilities are <=$50. We are looking for a student (undergrad or grad). Move in asap or sometime in Feb.
