We are moving out of state and looking for someone to take over the lease of a 1b1b apartment at La Regencia, 7655 Palmilla Dr., La Jolla, CA 92122. The room will be available around 26th of June and the lease expires in February 2012. This short lease is a plus because the winter rent is very cheap compare to summer so you will have a good deal during that time when you renew or look for a new apartment in Feb.
